I’m Ben Newbolt — a UX, research, and DesignOps leader with 20+ years helping organisations simplify complexity, scale systems, and deliver meaningful experiences.

I’ve shaped platforms and services across fintech, telecoms, education, and public service — leading teams across UX, research, and service design. From system governance to regulatory-aligned journeys, I bring structure and strategy to digital transformation.

I believe design should be clear to build, trusted by users, and aligned with the bigger picture. Whether I’m coaching a design lead, auditing a journey, or driving product strategy, I focus on outcomes that matter.
