I’m Ben Newbolt — a UX, product, and DesignOps leader with 20+ years helping organisations simplify complexity, scale systems, and deliver meaningful, measurable experiences.

I’ve shaped platforms and services across fintech, telecoms, education, and public service — leading teams across UX, research, service design, and product strategy. From system governance to regulatory-aligned journeys, I bring structure and strategy to digital transformation.
