Problem Statement
Vodafone faced urgent FCA oversight of its regulated lending services — with no formal UX response in place. Teams lacked guidance, patterns, or evidence to prove accessibility or inclusion had been meaningfully considered.
Solution
I led the design response — aligning Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and UX to transform ambiguous regulation into usable journeys and systems. Through rapid research, inclusive content design, and design system integration, we delivered patterns and components that could scale across web, app, and internal tools — ensuring both compliance and confidence.
